We are inviting applications under the Co-Funded Brain Circulation Program

of TUBITAK and European Commission FP7 Marie Curie Actions People-COFUND

to experienced researchers who are interested in integrating to our

research programs on:

1- Molecular mechanisms of Cardiometabolic Syndrome (studies involving

novel transgenic mouse models, chemical-genetic applications and protein

biochemistry)

2- Genetic dissection of Cardiometabolic Syndrome in consanguineous families

(collaboration spanning several institutes including Bilkent, Hacettepe

and Rockerfeller Universities and HHMI).

Our research programs are funded by the European Commission-FP7, EMBO and

TUBITAK and also through collaborative funds.

Researchers may be of any nationality.

Researchers must be non-residing in Turkey for more than 12 months in the

3 years prior to the relevant deadline for submission of proposals.

The gross salary for the fellow will be 4167 € (living allowance + travel

and mobility allowance) for experienced researcher with less than 10 years

of experience and 4792 € for senior researchers with more than 10 years of

experience (the values are subject to income and payroll tax deductions).

A yearly 7200 € research cost contribution is managed by the hosting

institution for the expenses related to the participation of the

researchers in research and training activities.
